WELLINGTON COLLEGE OLD BOYS' ANNUAL MEETING. The twenty-first annual meeting of tlio Wellington College Old Boys' Cricket Club was held in Betluino's Buildijigs last evening. Mr. M. L'. Barnett was in the chair, and a good attendance of members was present. The annual report and balance-shcct showed a substantial credit.

The following officers were elected for tho ensuing season:—President, Mr. J, P. Firth (re-elected); vice-presidents, Messrs. M, C. Barnett and W. E. Bethune (reelected); club captain, Mr. E. M. Beechey; management committee, Messrs. J. P. Blncklock, F. Hayward, O. Binnio, K Thomas, C. Trolt; lion, treasurer, Mr. 11. Lambert; lion, secretary, Mr. B. Marris (re-elected).

It was decided to enter a team in tho junior competition, in accordance with the request from the Wellington Cricket Association.

Tlio prospect for the coming season was thought to be good, considering the number of old boys at present, on active service. The meeting concluded with a hearty vote of thanks to tho chairman.

. The following will represent (he Hu.lt Club ill the matches to Iw played on Saturday:—Junior A: W. A. Aldersloy, W. Hughes, A. Wnllou, R. M'Kar. I?. Bowers. W. Thirkell. S. Parker, B. Parker, CI. Lusty, R. Mabey, Tnsswill; emergency, R. Aldersloy. Junior B: P. Rulliran, AV. Martin, Palmer, Burns, Burgess, P. Smith, Locketl, R. Lusty, C. S'clater, J. Hulfon. A. Swain: emergency, J. Burt.

The Returned Soldiers' senior team to play Petone will be:—M'TCellar, Harrison, Boulton, Fisher, Boddinglon, Hastings, Bell, Longhurst, Berry, Hatchard, Thomas.

Tho junior team to play AYollinsiton College will be:—Sherwood. Median, TCvlc, Saunders, Goddard, Barlow, A. Elliott, I<evill. Carter, Elliott, Coleman; emergencies: Taitri, Sinclair.
