The picture proprietaries in Masterton are not passing the amusement tax on to tho public in the meantime.
The "Baby Week" demonstrations and lectures are being well attended in Masterton. On Wednesday afternoon a baby show and garden party wero held at tho r'csidonco of Mr. D. K. Logan at Lansdouno.
Three rinks from tho Masterton Bowling Club will proceed to Wellington 'on Friday to play the annual match with tho Newtown Club.
