THE WEATHER
1 FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for southerly breezes and cool and changeable weather, fair to cloudy conditions prevailing generally. The barometer has a rising tendency. Atmospheric pressure has increased slowly, and moderate to strong west to southwest winds havo prevailed.
