A SEARCH AND A DISCOVERT. Parts, October 29. The Military Governor of Paris ordered a search to be made of the offices of a Royalist newspaper, and simultaneous searches were made elsewhere. They revealed stores of firearms accumulated uTnce the war began, and also documents whtel? disclosed u echeme tending to provoke civil war and plans for arming the citizens.
