GIFT AEROPLANE FOR NEW ZEALAND
AN INTERESTING PRESENTATION. (Hec; October 28, 5.5 p.m.) London, October 27. The Nottingham Chamber of Commerce has presented Now Zealand with an aeroplane, costing .£2OOO. Jhe Duchess of Portland christened tho machine "Nottingham" in tho presence of a large gathering. Miss Mackenzie attached to tho aeroplano a kiwi mascot. Sir James Mills accepted the gift on behalf of the Government. Trooper Clutha Mackenzie accepted on behalf of Captain de B. Brandon a 6pecially-designed medal commemorating the latter's work as a New Zealand aeronautical officer.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. '
