PROTESTS OF EFFICIENCY TRUSTEES

' The local Efficiency Trustees have resolved to protest to the National BSciencv Foard against the !oss of efficiency and waste of time involved in trying desertion cases by courts-martial Instead of in the civil" courts, as provided in the Military Service Act, 1915; also to protest against the calling Tip of Alexander M'Taggart, soil expert and lecturer in the Agricultural Department.
