After a break of some weeks the City Organist (Mr. Bernard F. Page) will resume his recitals at the Town Hall tonight. This should be of special interest to music overs, as it is tho work of one who has been well known as .'a musician and composer in this country for years. A new work by Cesar I'ranck is also included iu the programme, and the beautiful fantasia writcen for tho French Exhibition in Paris of IS7B. The other items are: Concert Overture, Mendelssohn; Epilogue by Willan; La. Nuit (Op. 31), No. 3, Glazounow; Finale from Symphony ISo. 6, in Minor, by Tchaikovsky.
