: tho death of Mr. Robert A. Molesworth, 8.A., son. of the late Judge Molesworth, occurred at A'orth Warrnambool on October 13, alter a few days' i lnras. Deceased had practised as a solicitor iu Warrnambool anil Penshurst for £ne past 20 years. He was well known ior nis literary attainments, and was aiso 'a keen sportsman and an enthusiastic horticulturist. He leaves a widow, having been married a few months ago.
