ARRANGEMENTS FOR MANNING THE VESSELS
INVERCAEGILT, EXPECTED TO SAIL TO-DAY. Arrangements were being made yesterday to man some of the idle steamers with the masters and mates of others, so that at least some of the vessels would 'bo able to resume running.
It is highly probably that Messrs. Johnston and'Co.'s steamer Invereargill will sail to-day for Wanganui.
