» FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT i P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for strong west to south-westerly winds, weather change- ' able with scattored 'showers; barometer unsteady, probably falling in the north, but rising in the south. A westerly storm area has passed in the south, and squally and unsettled weather has prevailed with heavy showers, especially on the West Coast, and in the northern and southern districts, but fair, warm, and hazy conditions continue on the east coasts of both islands. 1). 0.
