A GERMAN PRINCE ON HOHENZOLLERNISM
PEOPLE'S CONFIDENCE BREAKING. Washington, October 21. The State Department has issued an article in' the Swiss nowspapers, by Prince Zn Hohenlohe, son of a late German Chancellor. The writer says that, while the majority of Germans favour the monarchy, it is undeniable that revolution may break out. The people's confidence in the Kaiser is crumbling, and they are beginning to ask why the world is against Germany.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
