The mine manager reports under date October 12:—During the week the following work has been in progress :—The drive on the reef north of-the main crosscut Trae advanced 13ft. The reef is wider than the- drive, and well mineralised. ]n the south end stopinc has been carried on with traro stopos. The reef is sft. wide, and fairly well mineralised. One stope IB goinir on the hanging-wall reef, but the reef is small.
