RAILWAY TROUBLE TAKES ' SERIOUS FORM. (Kec. October 17, 9.15 p.m.) London, OcWEer 17. The "Daily Chronicle's" Buenos Airee correspondent states that the railway strike has taken a more serious turn. Damage, rioting, and derailments are of daily occurrence. The Government's action is feeble, and martial lew ig being flouted.
