Twenty-eight men at Lyttolton will be affected by the War Regulations prohibiting aliens' to be employed on overseas steamers. ■ So far as can be ascertained there are about 100 to 120 members of tho Wellington Waterside Workers' Union who will bo affected by the regulations regarding the employment of aliens.
