NEUTRAL REGISTERED SHIPS
VESSELS IN BRITISH. PORTS TO BE REQUISITIONED. (Eec. October 12, 8.15 p.m.) London, October 11. Britain has decided to requisition neutral registered ships in British ports owing to the German Prize Court deciding that such vessels must be regarded as British.
