The .: evidence, was similar to that at' the Coroner's inquest, where a Terdiot equivalent to wilful murder was returned. Bourke. said that on one occasion Bennier. when, slightly under lhe influence, of. liquor, called at tho police station,- to a-sk-for police assistance to make his wife return to him.
