WAR LECTURE
"The Coming German Collapse",is the title of a popular war lecture which Mr. T. M. Wilford, M.P., will deliver at tho Town Hall on Monday evening for tho benefit of the "Our Day" Red Cross appeal and tho Blind Soldiers' and Sailors' Fund. Their Excellencies the GovernorGeneral and the Countess of Liverpool will bo present on tho occasion, and the locture will be under tho patronuge of tho Prime Minister, the Minister of Finance, and tho Minister of Defence. The Mayor will preside. Tho Wellington Patriotic Society's Band will play selections previous to the lecture. Tickets are on sale at the Bristol and Norman Aitken's, Conrtonay Place. Tho booking office is now open at the Bristol.
