Petrograd, October 10. Tho formation of tho new Cabinet has entailed tho dissolution, of tho Council of ITve, which was created to deal with the Korniloff trouble. M. Kercnsky (Premier), General Verhovsky (Minister of War), Admiral Verdorevsky (Minister of Marino)) and M. Tcrestchenko (Minister of Foreign Affairs) havo gono to headquarters to confe'r with tho Allied Attaches. A special mission is going to Paris to attend the Inter-Allied Conference.—Reuter.
