BLEAK WEATHER

A bleak southerly Men- over the city yesterday, sending tile slaverers into their overcoats and otTier winter coverings. The slcy was broken, a watery bluo obscured 'at times by ragged grey clouds. In niiwt parts of the Dominion rain fell! With the advent of the southerly the barometer roso steadily. Present indications are for strong .southerly winds, cold and showery weathor, and a rising barometer.
