METHODIST CENTRAL MISSION

Tho quarterly meeting of the Management Board of tlio Methodist Central Mission was held last night, when there was a good attendance of officials. The animal reports to Synod showed the membership to be 21G, and that there' was a satisfactory increase in all departments of work. The Silver Band, though largely depleted by war demands, continued to do good work, and tho board very heartily thanked the bandsmen for their faithful services. A unanimous invitation was extended to the niissionor, the Rev. G. Knowles Smith, to remain in charge of the mission for a sixth year, and was accepted by him.
