Sales reported:—Waihi-Pacroa, 135.; Waihi. 375.; Auckland Tramways (ordinary), 21s. 9d. TALISMAN CONSOLIDATED. (B.v Telesranh—Sucoial Oorresoondent.l Auckland, October 8. During the month of September the Talisman Consolidated, Ltd., crushed and tTcated 1500 tons, yielding bullion valued at £14,466. Tho costs for the month totalled 745. 3d., made up as follows:— Mine development. 19s. 7d.; mining, 255. 9d.; milling, 235. 10d.; general, ss. 7d. The directors have sent to London tho following cablegram:—No. 15 level, south drive, iprogrcss 34 feet, width 36 inches, no values. Holed through last crosscut off south drive at 1180 feet. Progress 10 feet. No. 16 level, south drive, progress 65 foot. North drive, progress 52 feet, width 33 inches, value 3s.
