An attached echedulo states that .when bran or pollard, manufactured in ■New Zealand is sold to a purchaser by \any person other than tho manufacturer thereof, the maximum price thereof shall Ibe the maximum price at which, in accordance, with the Order-in-Council of May 14, '1917, such-bran or pollard might ■have been lawfully sold by the manufacturer- thereof to that purchaser on the same terms and conditions, with such addition only to that maximum price as is Jierein specified, namely:—(a) Whan sold in a quantity of half a ton or more, an addition at the rat* of 10s. per ton in the case of bran and 15s. per ton m tho case of pollard: (b) when sold ( in.a quantity less than half a ton, an addition at . -the rate oi 12s. 6d. in the case of bran and 17s. Gd. in the case of pollard.
