Mr. Frank Simonds, writing in thp Neiv York ■•'•'Tribune/' heads a lengthy review on the German colonies with Mr. Uoliu.an's statement that Australia wilt never allow .Germany to regain a footing in Now Guinea! Mr. Holman declared: "There is no visible reason against NewGuinea remaining in our hands/' ilr. Simonds studiously traces ■ Germany's machinations in South Africa. "The decision. «f Australia, New Zealand, and South. Africa regarding the German colonies is final, and has been made."
