HOARDING OF SILVER
(Hec. October 8, 7.30 p.m.) London, October 7. The present hoarding of silver coins is due to tlio increased value of silver. An Italian .Government decree makes silver illegal tender after December 31. In tlio meantime opportunity ivill bo available to holders to change to paper money. Aftor tlio date mentioned any persons witli silver buyond ton francs in their possession will ,be liable to a heavy fine.—"Tlio Times.'.
