BALLOT CORRECTION
The Government- Statistician advises that since the publication of the eleventh ballot Gazette evidence lias boon produced showing that 70,323 James John Troy previously volunteered and lias been attested as a member of the Forces. His name 6liould therefore have been excluded from the ballot. Mr. J. W. Fellingham, sheep farmer, Featherston, writes:—"l notice by your paper that my name was drawn in the last ballot, and is not starred. I enlisted on Juno 21, 1917, at the Town Hall, Wellington, and was rejected."
