'•■ London, i October 3. Reutcr's correspondent in East Africa writes that the Germans arc now confined to a corner, of the colony, and are concentrated as if for a final stand. The net is daily boing drawn closer. J. he difficulty of feeding our troops, which was so great in tho early portion of the campaign, is now obviated by our possession of the sea bases at lulwa and Lindi, and there is no longer any shortage of food—Hciilcr.
