Rome, October 2. The Volte Agency claims knowledge that President Wilson intends soon to mako peace proposals to the Central Powers. These will consist of the evacuation i>y the Central Powers of the cuptured territories, the reconstitutiori of 'oppressed and damaged Slates and kingdoms, tho reconstruction of destroyed towns and villages, the acceptance of i'Veuch and Italian national demands, and unconditional adhesion lo the JOntente'a Peace League scheme. If the terms are accepted America will flout an enormous loan to finance the Central Powers. In the alternative America threatens to continue the war until the Central Powers are completely exhausted and defeated, and to institute an economic boycott for fifty years r-fter the war.—Aus.-N.Z.
