YESTERDAY'S APPEALS. The Third Wellington Military Service Board yesterday continued its sessions. Wγ. JT; J. Beswick presided, and with him wore Messrs. jr. .T. Mack- and A. O'L. Considine. Captain P. Baldwin appeared as military representative. Tile appeal of "Francis ,T.' O'Di'iscoll, clerk* of Willis Street, Wellington, was dismissed, leave being granted until December 12. Tieginald K. A. Best, farmer. .Tohnsonville, obtained leave until January 7. The appeal- of Timvliind W. Wills, clerk, Brouffhnm Street, Wellington, was dismissed, and it was decided to recommend the appellant for tlie Medical Corps. The following cases were f.ieuiisewl :— .1 times W.
