Competition for all classes'of forward, and fair conditioned caftl< of good colour was animated from opening to close of salo, and. vondors' reserves wero in many instances eiceeded. A complete clearance was made o£ all lines ofsbullocks offered, ithe only lines passed in being a. few low-condition-ed coirs and young steers and heifers of 'bad colonrs and noor quality.
