THE WEATHER
FORECAST AND SUMMARY
AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for high northerly and westerly winds, sgually and unsettled weather, with'- rain following generally, but warm and hazy for a short time in the East Coast district. Falling barometer everywhere. Atmospherio Dressuro has decreased considerably in the south. Increasing northerly winds have been reported to-day.
