AIR RAID ON TURKISH HARBOUR
CRUISER CO-OPERATES. (Roc. September 30, 11.5 p.m.) London, September 30. The Admiralty reports: "Naval aeroplanes on Thursday bombed the storebouses on the south-western 3ide of Beirut Harbour. Many direct hits woro observed, and fires were started. All returned. A cruiser i shelled and set lire to storehouses and other buildings."— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.-Reuter.
