ISSUE OF NEGOTIABLE BONDS. (Roc. September 28, 8.35 p.m.) London, September. 27. The Government's new war borrowing policy consists of an unlimited amount of National War Bonds, 'saleable daily over the connler—s per cents, at par, with a currency of five, seven, and lon years, and repayable at .£lO2, -£103 ( and JEIOS, respectively.
