EAILWATMEN WANT A FAMILY BONUS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wanganui, September 2G. The Wanganui Branch of the A.S.B.S. passed the following resolution: "That a family bonus be given to all railwaymen, to be allotted on a sliding scale, to properly combat the high cost of living, as a rise in wages does not meet the case.
