EAILWATMEN WANT A FAMILY BONUS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wanganui, September 2G. The Wanganui Branch of the A.S.B.S. passed the following resolution: "That a family bonus be given to all railwaymen, to be allotted on a sliding scale, to properly combat the high cost of living, as a rise in wages does not meet the case. The State then would be assisting those who are providing the best national asset, viz.. children, many of whom at the present time aie not receiving proper sustenance ow,ing to high food prices,
