TERRITORIAL CHANGES LIST ISSUED YESTERDAY The following appointments, -promotions, resignations, and transfers in the Territorial Force have been made: — Major John H. Chisholin, Queen Alexandra's 2nd (Wellington West Coast) Mounted Rifles, is appointed Area Oamaru, with the rank and pay of captain whilst so employed. Honorary llajor George T. Girdler, Retired list, Now Zealand Medical Corps, is appointed a member of a Special District Medical Board, and granted the pay lieutenant-colonel at _ Expeditionary Force rates whilst' so acting. 'Manawatu Mounted Rifles. Major (temporary Lieutenant-Colonel) Albert Samuel, N.Z. Expeditionary Force, is struck off the strength and absorbed into the establishment as a major. ' South Canterbury Mounted Rifles. Lieutenant Henry J. C. Harper from the Reserve of Officers (General List) to bo lieutenant. Wellington East Coast Mounted Rifles. Captain Montgomery 0. Grainger, N.Z. Expeditionary Force, jb struck off the strength and absorbed into the establishment as a captain. Nelson Mounted Rifles. The appointment of 2nd Lieutenant George L. Comer is confirmed. To be lieutenant—George Edmund Parsons. . ' Charles A. Forrest to be bandmaster, with the honorary rank of lieutenant. Captain Sydney V. Trask (Reserve of Officers) is transferred to the N.Z. Army I'ay Department. Railway Engineers. Lieutenant Arthur V. Williams is transferred to the North Canterbury and Westland Regiment.
