OFFICERS OF HIGH RANK INVOLVED. (Rec. September 23, 5.5 p.m.) , . , , Stockholm, September 22. A big counter-revolutionary movement has been discovered at Tobolsk where the ex-Tsar is interned. The officers and the whole of the Tobolsk garrison were in the confidence of the revolutionary leaders, who planned first the release of the ex-Tear. There have been a hundred arrests already, including officers of hHi rank. It is alleged that Korniloff is co-operating with the plotters —Aus -N 7, Cable Assn.
