ANSWERS TO COKRESPONBBNTS. [By Arrangement with Mre. Boltaston, ■ Hair Physician and Face .Specialist. Qualified London, Paris, atul America.] "T.A."—Baldness is an affection of IJie hair i'olicles, which, unless following an acute disease, progresses slowly, and when not hereditary, is caused by pressure from hat bands, sedentary occupations, mental worry, too frequent -washing and most often from inadequate care of the scalp. When baldness is treated in its early stages there is every hope of curing it. Apply a towel or sponge wrung out of very hot water to the scalp, then rub a little Virginian Scalp Food into the pores while they are open; after a lew minutes' friction or massage, apply a towol wrung from cold water, or, if available, a little ice. Adopt this treatment twice weekly, and apply our speciil lotion for baldness every night. This most successful metlind was sent to me recently by a London hair physician, and from which I have seen many except results. Price, 3 months' supply, Scalp Food. Lotion, nnd Medicated Scalp Soap, 13s. 6d., inoluding postage. Mrs. Eolleston, 256 Lambton Quay.— Advt.
