By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin. September 20. Tho Dominion Bowling Council has decided to reaffirm last year's principle that no prizes be given out of the tournament funds during tho war. It \?as resolved that the levy for tho year be' 3d. per i.-,ember. It was decided to start the patriotic tournament at Dunedin with the pairs on Jauuary 10 and the rinks on January 24. It was decided to play singles on the full two-life system of tho Dominion tournament, also that the rulo with regard to two feet on the inat bo rescinded, and that at tho moment of dolivery a player must have at least ono foot on tlio mat, such foot to bo not lees than three inchcs from the front of the mat. A sub-committeo was set up to revise tho constitution and rules.
