A TREASONABLE CIRCULAR
BY AN ITALIAN SOCIALIST COMMITTEE. (Rec. .September 20, 7.45 p.m.) Rome, September 19. The authorities have discovered a treasonable circular which has been issued by the Socialist Committee in Florence. It demands an immediate end of the war, and the commencement of the fight for the expropriation of land. Socialists generally strongly object to the extremists' propaganda, which is fed from the German secret funds.—Aus.-N.Z. Oablo A6sn.
