Schlaadt; 'treasurer, Mi-. A. J. Petherick: racing secretary, Mr. H. Jordan; handicapner. Mr K. Millman: auditor, Mr. YV. Brooke-Taylor; Messrs. ' Cull, Croucher, Smith, Elton, M Cornish. M'Lean. Thirty vice-presidents were . elected. • ■' . .. It was decided to raise the annual i subscription from 2s. Gd. to 5s The subscription for honorary members was fixed at 2s. 6d., and for women members = at Is. The boat registration fee is to > ko ls - _____J_
