It was stated that the f. council had certain moneys deposited with '' a' private company, and.' on Mr. M'Cal- *■ lvim's.'motibn.it was decided to withdraw : the same when it became due next month, ' and re-deposit it with the Bank of >"ew Zealand.. The council decided to rescind its .pre-' viously passed resolution not to appeal j for "exemption against military service for . eligibles on the staff,of the college.
