A MINISTER FOR REPATRIATION. Melbourne, September 10. In the House of Representatives, Sir John Forrest (Federal Treasurer) gave notice of a Bill to increaso the number of Ministers with portfolios to nine, to enable a Minister of Repatriation to be appointed.—Press Assri. (Rcc. September 19, 7.30 p.m.) Melbourne, September 19. In the Federal House of Representatives the Bill has been introduced to provide for the appointment of a Minister for Repatriation, thus increasing tho membership in the Cabinet from eight to nine. Senator Millcn will fill the r,ew portfolio—Press Assn.
