GERMANS BUILDING BIG AERODROMES (Eec. Soptember 19, 11.15 p.m.) Amsterdam, September 18. The -Germans are constructing aerodromes throughout Flanders, and particularly large ones aro being built at St. Denis-Wcstren. The Allies continue their raids, with good results.
