RESOLUTION OF NAPIER BRANCH. (By Telegranh-Snocial Correspondent.) . Napier, September 17. 10-night the Napier Second Division League decided to affiliate with the Dominion organisation, nnd carried resolutions: (1) Allowing all British subjects over 21 years of age to become members; (2) supporting the returned soldiers' application for pensions to be retrospective; (3) asking the Government to fix allowances by statute; (4) asking tho Government to conscript all aliens not enemies; (5) urging the Government to make use of Germans now in New Zealand; (6) endorsing the manifesto issued by the central body.
