MAN KILLED BY A TRAMCAR
By -Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, September 13. An elderly man, who has not been identified, was killed on tho Koslyn tramne to-night. Tho man walked in front of a carf and though the brakes were applied distantly, he was knocked down ami draped under the wheels, l'ully an hour "lapsed before the body was released. Tho body was badly mutilated and the head severed.
