i GERMAN MINISTER HANDED HIS PASSPORTS ACTION BY ARGENTINE GOVERNMENT Buenos Aires, September 12. Count Luxbuxg (tho German. Minister) has been handed his passports. It is believed the Government is withdrawing its Minister from Berlin and dismissing Count liuxbupff. Tho Government will reopen the submarine controversy, and will ask Germany to redefine her policy. If the reply is satisfactory, Germany will be permitted to send another Minister to tho Argentina, otherwise Argentina will withdraw her Minister from Berlin.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. SWEDISH SOCIALIST LEADER ASHAMED OF HIS COUNTRY Stockholm, September 12. Herr Branting, editor of the "Social Democraten," declares that the explanation. of the Swedish Foreign Office entirely confirms its blind confidence in and compromising readiness to serve Germany.
