POPE'S PEACE HOPES
WAR MAY END EARLY NEXT YEAR New York, September 11. The United Press correspondent at Borne states that the Pope is optimistic that peace negotiations will be began before Christmas, and that the war will be ended by Now Year or in tho spring.
