R. Everson, as editor of ft local church magazine, for offering tlie magazine for sale on Sunday. His warden, Mr. C. Birks, for selling a copy on Sunday for Id. 1 . A city park-keeper, for following lua usual vocation on Sunday, and th» Lord Mayor, for aiding and abetting by providing funds for his wages. . The Bench promised to give its decision at a further date. It was stated that proceedings are not to be takpn against tbo sellers of Sunday newspapers or tobacco. _
