Jamieson and Johnston; £70, and £4 Bs.; City Council v. Samuel Thomas. £6 16s. Ed., and costs ,10s.; Whitcoinbo and Tombs, Ltd., v. Benjamin Mantell, £8 12s. 9d.,- arid £1 17s. 6d.; T. Barracloucrh v. P. Porter, £i 155., aud 155.; Herb. Prioe v. P. Porter, £2 195., and 15s. In a judgment summons case based on fraud, William Ham was ordered, to pay th« Bank of Australasia £16 16s. or serve two months in gaol. The . Magistrate found that the allegations of fraud had been proved. • ' •" '• H. ; Clark' claimed from J. Hngert-y tno sum of. £14 13s. for work done. *Lr. H. F. O'Lbary represented the plaintiff, and Mr. p. yrl Jackson the defendant. Judgment was given for the plaintiff for the amount claimcd.
