Barracloucrh v. P. Porter, £i 155., aud 155.; Herb. Prioe v. P. Porter, £2 195., and 15s. In a judgment summons case based on fraud, William Ham was ordered, to pay th« Bank of Australasia £16 16s. or serve two months in gaol. The .
