FORECASTED SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for northerly 'winds, strong to galo, backing to, sontherlies, northwards cf New My- • mouth and Napier, and increasing southeasterly winds elsewhere. , Expect unsettled, cloudy, and ; misty weather, with rain generally, and snow on tho high country in tho south. Barometer fall in a short time, but rising every, where soon. Northerly gales and rain wero experienced in the northernmost districts, on Sunday, and unsettled conditions have since overspread the Dominion.
