Eβ Washing on Beach.—That the Electors Association be informed that the portion of the beach upon which washing is hung ouf to dry is not controlled by the council. T
Re_Landmg-place, Fishermen's Nete, and xfoats.-TTiat the City Engineer be instructed to prepare a schemo lor tho construction of a fishing landing-place at the area known as "Fishermen's Creek,' for tho construction of a slipway for storing the fishermen's boats, and 'generally for the reservation of an area for the purposo of establishing tho hshing industry on a commercial bnsis, and also frame such regulations for the control of the landing-place, sljpaivay, and iiroa when constructed or set apart, andgenerally for tho puriwse of confining the- fishing trade to the special area, rhis report will require to bo presented alter collaboration with tho officers of tho Public Works Department. That if the iishormen use 'the beach_ for a "drag" when the operation is completed, their boats and nets, must bo placed in tlie special .area;
Additional Women's Bathing Accommodation.—That tho Electors' Association bo informed that it is understood that tho question of providing additional bathing accommodation on tlie bench for women need not now bo considered.
